Fighter jets, fireworks, and blimps have become a staple at American sporting events. A championship game wouldn’t be the same without an opening from the military and a halftime show from a major celebrity.
Recently, the University of Tennessee Springtime Scrimmage was kicked off in a memorable way with a rare sighting of America’s finest soldiers, the Navy Seals. The skydiving seals are best known for their synchronized jumps that show off their mid-air skills. For fun, these decorated heroes jumped from an airplane and performed a leapfrog style formation that linked their parachutes. Their death-defying jump headed straight into the crowded Neyland Stadium that was filled with nervous football fans.
Take a look at the wild video to see just how brave our Navy Seals can be!
